Dr. Sax will lead a workshop for teachers on girl-friendly instructional strategies for the content areas (Sacred Hearts is all-girls). He will give two presentations for parents. In the morning, he will speak on “girls on the edge”, the factors driving the crisis of anxiety and depression among girls. In the evening, he will speak on “evidence-based parenting: what you need to know to improve the odds for your kid.”
